Located on Lungarno Acciauoli, on the first floor of a building dating back to the 1950’s with a beautiful original entrance; a wide staircase leads up and down from the apartment (also accessible by elevator after a few steps).

Its location is simply unbeatable. Perched just above the River Arno and with postcard-worthy views of Ponte Vecchio from the two French-balconies, it's not only a truly peaceful setting but also offers a unique perspective of the destination – what could only be described as an absolute dream come true. Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a wonderfully bright and charming living room which boasts mesmerising views onto the glistening River Arno and the iconic Ponte Vecchio. This room leads to the ample dining room and kitchen. Enjoy river views from this room too, as you cook delicious local recipes from the modern and well-equipped spacious kitchen complete with American style island that provides extra handy space.

A wide corridor leads to three deluxe suites (each with beautiful marble-furnished en-suite bathroom with walk in shower). Two suites have double beds, and one suite has a double confortable sofa bed. All three bedrooms are very quiet and will be elegantly furnished in light beige, black and grey which will create a mellow atmosphere of understated sophistication.

Take a ride back in time to the swinging 50s. The apartment will be furnished in a similar style to that of the Hotel Portrait’s bar owned by Ferragamo on the ground floor of the building. The furniture will evoke the daring years of the 1950s, a true mid-century style featuring classy antiques and showcasing designer furniture of the historical and iconic era. The colour palette will be dual tone in beige mixed with black and grey. The overall look will give the apartment a classy and very elegant feel. Paintings, photos, sculptures and installations permeate all spaces with their air of sophistication.
